Club Meeting

1.  Interference Problem

3.  Equipment Removal
      a.  Contacted the appropriate people concerning the equipment removal
      b. Been in contact with the Lawyer
            i.  Provided information stating that we are non profit
            ii. Provided an Inventory list that I had prepared
            iii.  Did not mention the repeater.
            iv.  Negotiating the removal of the antennae and tower.
            v.  Awaiting documentation
            vi.  Moved all equipment from the Repeater closet to the Club
Room (except the push-up tower).
            vii.  Will likely not have much time when authorization is
given.  Will need help.

            i.  Should the club auction the equipment  to the members or
should it be kept for a possible new public club room and for field day

eligibility must be determined.

5.  Direction of the Club
      a.  Meetings should be once/month on a regular basis.  (Suggest 3rd
Wed)
      b.  Executive Committee should meet once/month on a regular basis.
      c.  Committee to find a new repeater site.
      d.  Committee to find a public meeting place.
      e.  Has to become more focused.  It has to have a purpose/project to
exist, not just a social interface.
