CRES VE Team Pre-registration Form
(for those who are currently licensed Amateurs)

Please use this form to pre-register for the next CRES Amateur Radio Club VE Exam session if you are a licensed Amateur. And, by the way, you get off easy: We only need to know your callsign, a telephone number where we can reach you if there is a problem, and your email address. We will acquire the rest of the data we need from the FCC database. However, while perusing the form, please take a moment to correct any information which has changed since you last updated your license.

Most of the data items we collect are self-explanatory. However, if you hover your cursor over an entry box (or select it for input on a smart phone), a pop-up will appear with additional pertinent information. Make sure you read and follow the instructions carefully, especially when answering the "I am not a robot!" entry.

The data you provide here will be imported into our test session program and used to automatically produce your FCC application form. The Laurel VEC, with whom we are affiliated, also uses the data to electronically generate and send your application and results to the FCC, making it possible for the FCC to typically issue your new license or upgrade the next business day. Please be careful not to make any mistakes as the information you provide here will eventually be incorporated into the FCC's database and appear on your license.
